Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo Cooperative

Here, an old industrial mill has been preserved and visitors can learn about the history of olive-growing, the re-establishment of the oil-making process and the purpose of the various steps in its production cycle. The building housing the cooperative itself is an interesting example of modernist architecture, designed by Manuel Gomes da Costa.
