Founded in the early years of the 16th century, the parish church of Conceição is located in one of Tavira’s oldest rural parishes. The building’s rich artistic heritage includes a monumental late-Gothic projecting entrance, columns decorated with Renaissance motifs and an interesting collection of 17th and 18th century imagery.
